  DR. Horn made me feel relaxed and at ease, my breast augmentation was surprisingly painful because i had my implant placed under the muscle. if i had it over i would apt for the above the muscle implants. I've had my implants since 1999…

  Pros: looks ok a slight size differance Cons: not a real feel to the implants
